Position: Landscape Technician (Stormwater)
Location: Dayton, OH (shop located in Riverside, OH 45424)
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications
Travel is required for this position. We provide lodging expenses, per diem, and the use of a company vehicle. 8 days per month of travel is typical (M-F only).

We're hiring a Landscape Technician (Stormwater) in Riverside, OH (45424) to play a key role in providing landscaping and maintenance expertise to service our clients' stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This position is a driving force behind our Stormwater team's success. If you have prior experience in Landscaping, as a Lawn Maintenance Technician, Construction Worker, or General Laborer, or if you enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

• Routine maintenance and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other stormwater assets)
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally using the company truck. 8 days per month is typical (Monday - Friday).

• At least 1 year of experience with outdoor labor (landscaping, lawn maintenance, construction, grounds maintenance and repair, or similar work).
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screenings. We are a drug-free workplace.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
